Campsite regulations

To ensure that all our guests feel comfortable on our campsite, can make full and uninterrupted use of the facilities, and to maintain peace, order, and harmony for all campers, we kindly ask you to observe the following campsite rules.

The campsite regulations are legally accepted upon entering the campsite and must be observed by every guest. These site rules apply to everyone staying on the campsite.

Access

  1. Campingplatz Soyensee may only be entered by registered persons.
  2. Registered persons are those named in the contract.
  3. Visitors are only permitted on the campsite under the following conditions:
  • Visitors must be registered.
  • Before entering the campsite, the currently valid day visitor fee must be paid.
  • Visiting hours are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. If these hours are exceeded, the applicable overnight stay fee must be paid instead.
  • Each camper is personally responsible for ensuring compliance with these visitor rules.
  • Visitors are liable for any damage they cause. The inviting tenant is also liable.
  • Violations will result in immediate termination without notice.

Noise and Quiet Hours

  1. Please always be considerate of other camping guests and avoid noise disturbances.
  2. Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM must be observed. Please ensure that your neighbors are not disturbed by excessive noise of any kind.

Traffic Regulations

  1. For safety reasons, driving on the site is only permitted at walking speed, up to a maximum of 10 km/h.
  2. Children, pedestrians, and cyclists always have priority.
  3. The entrance barrier is closed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During this time, entry and exit are not possible.
  4. In emergencies, the barrier may be opened by authorized persons.
  5. Manual opening of the barrier is not possible. Any attempt to force it open constitutes property damage and will be reported to the police.

Pets

  1. Bringing dogs and cats (hereinafter referred to as “pets”) requires prior notification. For other animals, approval must be requested from the campsite with exact species identification. The campsite reserves the right to refuse permission at any time and without giving reasons.
  2. Only one pet is permitted per pitch.
  3. Pets must be kept on a leash throughout the entire campsite. The leash may only be removed in secure, enclosed private areas.
  4. Any damage or contamination caused by pets must be removed immediately by the pet owner.
  5. Dog owners must have liability insurance for their dogs.
  6. Dogs are only permitted to enter the water at the jetty on the right-hand side in order to cool off. Use of this area is only allowed in compliance with the applicable rules and under the supervision of the dog owner.

Order and Cleanliness

  1. Order, cleanliness, and mutual consideration are basic obligations for all users of the campsite. Please keep your own pitch as well as public areas clean and dispose of waste only in the designated containers.
  2. Only household waste generated during your stay may be disposed of.
  3. The disposal of bulky waste, electronic waste, chemicals, charcoal, wood waste, batteries, camping chairs, tables, umbrellas, gazebos, awnings, or similar items is prohibited.
  4. Sanitary facilities must always be left in the condition in which you would like to find them yourself.
  5. Pets are prohibited in sanitary facilities.
  6. Cigarettes, glass bottles, drinking glasses, and other dangerous objects are prohibited in sanitary facilities.
  7. Washing dishes is only permitted at the designated sinks located below the front sanitary building.
  8. Please use only the designated disposal stations for emptying chemical toilets.

Weapons and Illegal Items

  1. The use, carrying, or storage of firearms, blank guns, gas guns, striking weapons, stabbing weapons, as well as pyrotechnic or chemical materials is prohibited throughout the entire campsite.
  2. Dangerous objects will be confiscated and handed over to the police for safekeeping.
  3. Please also note that, under current legislation, the cultivation of cannabis plants on campsite areas is not permitted.

Damage and Theft

  1. Please report any damage or theft to us immediately.
  2. If you, your children, or your visitors have damaged or destroyed property belonging to other guests or to the campsite, open communication is important. This applies especially where the health or safety of others may be affected. In many cases, liability insurance will cover such damage.

Rules of Conduct 

  1. Anti-constitutional, discriminatory, or inhumane statements and actions are strictly prohibited on the campsite. Violations of this rule, especially through insulting, extremist, or hate-inciting statements, may result in extraordinary termination of the lease agreement and immediate expulsion from the site.
  2. The operator exercises house rules and may remove persons from the campsite at their reasonable discretion if they violate these rules. In particularly serious cases, immediate termination of the lease agreement may occur.

Site Ban and House Ban

  1. If a visitor violates the rules, they may be immediately denied further access to the campsite under house rules.
  2. If the person is a registered guest, termination without notice will usually follow. The specific consequences are at the discretion of the campsite management.
  3. Instructions and directions from staff must be followed immediately, fully, and without exception.
